Through our extracurricular activities, we seek to create opportunities for students to challenge themselves in ways beyond academics. Through athletics, clubs, and extra curricular classes; our students our encouraged to connect with one another, serve others, and glorify God with their individual gifts.

Fine and Visual Arts

To develop skills and have some fun, JFCA offers a variety of art electives, including the following:

  • Art appreciation
  • Drawing
  • Graphic design
  • Musical theater
  • One Act Play
  • Praise band
  • Theater

Fine Arts Competitions
High school drama students compete in the One Act Play competition in the fall. In the spring, we participate in the Literary Festival, which includes a variety of categories such as vocal, piano, essay writing, public speaking, and oral interpretation.

Athletics

We encourage all JFCA students to participate in our sports program. Several sports require tryouts to create and fill their rosters, while others allow all willing participants to compete. To provide every student the opportunity to participate in competitive athletics, we have, typically, one sport per season that does not require a tryout. Visit our Saints Athletics page for more information.
